Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Louisahunsinger.nl. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy is in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws.

Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you received the item, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by filling in the contact form at our website.

After notifying us, you have 14 more days to return the item(s).

Conditions for Returns

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• The item must be returned with all included accessories (if applicable).

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, customized or personalized prints are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the return or evidence of return.

​

If the full order is returned, you will also receive a refund for any standard shipping costs paid at checkout. Additional charges for express delivery are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
